At Kemar & Sons Ventures LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


🔄 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Items marked final sale or non-returnable are not eligible


📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Email support@kemarsons.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Our team will review and provide instructions within 24–48 hours.

  3. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions, including the shipping address.

Note: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


💵 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


 Exchanges & Cancellations

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they’ve been processed or shipped.


🛑 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
