Returns & Refunds Policy

At Kemar & Sons Ventures LLC, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.


🔄 Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

Items marked Final Sale or Non-returnable are not eligible


📦 How to Request a Return

Email support@kemarsons.com with your order number and return reason

We will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours

Once approved, you'll receive return instructions and the shipping address

Note: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except for items that arrived damaged or defective.


💵 Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which covers processing and supplier charges.
Original shipping costs are non‑refundable.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping fees (if applicable) are not refundable


❌ Exchanges & Cancellations

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Cancellations are not possible once an order has been processed or shipped.


🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund—and cover all shipping costs.
